Upon receipt of the faulty product, we'll handle the credit process, with no delivery or collection fees incurred.

Most of our products are covered by an AR warranty, so if your product falls faulty within its warranty period we will dispatch a new replacement unit the very same day you notify us of the fault. We even collect the old one free of charge!
