Marketing Manager 

£30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience & benefits
Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm 

COP is a Saddleworth based company, importing and distributing CCTV equipment for over 25 years. As a Tier 1 Hikvision distributor and fast-growing business, a vacancy has arisen within our dynamic sales department for a Marketing Manager.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across our head office and trade counters to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven marketer with a passion for the security industry.

Leading, managing, and motivating a team, you will be confident in developing the team using your existing and growing sales abilities. You will work closely with the Sales Director to deliver on the business plan, ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Build brand awareness
Strategise and produce content across social media platforms
Manage marketing and organisation of COP events, responbility to attend and co-host
Data-driven target marketing using MailChimp
Responsible for company merchandise
Ensure that the brand guidelines are communicated through each event 
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as PR firms and creative agencies
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral
Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new products and features
Ensure website content is up to date and inline with brand guidelines 


Social Media & PR
Content calendar management for COP's social media accounts (creating and scheduling posts)
Coordinate internal and external announcements for the COP team
Support the brand identity building of COP ventures, including our website
Build relationships with our partners
Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and case studies
Coordinating with suppliers for production and designers
Document on an ongoing basis all results and KPIs


Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience
Comfortable working with tools such as Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Buffer, etc
Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Highly detailed oriented with a sense for design
Self-motivated person with a growth mindset
High Work Ethics
Data-Driven providing actionable insights
Experience in media and marketing design
Process-driven whilst being able to deliver with short turn-around
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Must have a high energy and can-do personality

Warehouse Operatives

Monday-Friday (10AM - 6PM)

COP is a Saddleworth based company, importing and distributing CCTV equipment for over 25 years. As a Tier 1 Hikvision distributor and fast-growing business, a vacancy has arisen to join our warehouse team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
                    
• Light assembly of electrical goods using non-hazardous materials
• Picking & packing sales orders
• Booking in stock and returned products onto an in-house computer system

Applicants must be hard working, able to multi-task and work well as part of the existing team. Experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be given. There is lifting involved and occassional evening/weekend overtime will be required.

Detailed Hikvision and other manufacturers product knowledge is a preferred although full training will be given on other product lines together with our systems and procedures.

• Work effectively within our existing sales team 

• Contacting new accounts and gathering company information

• Maintaining and growing a portfolio of customer accounts

Trade Counter Assistant (Central Manchester)

Salary Dependent on experience + benefits
Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 4:30pm

COP is the fastest growing Hikvision distributor in the UK, with over 26 years experience within the security industry.  We are looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join our dynamic team in the centre of Manchester.

Reporting to the Branch Manager your main responsibilities will include:
• Merchandising front of house / shop floor
• Assisting customers over the telephone
• Assisting customers face to face within the branch
• Ongoing product training and development
• Monthly stock take
• Any other customer facing duties required as a Trade Counter Assistant
